After installing BI Query on terminal services you may receive the following errorwhen a user attempts to refresh a report in BI Query Reporting:
Log in as an Administrator, open and refresh a report. This will set the intial settingsthat can now be access by a less privileged user.
Adding “0″ to \\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\Print inDWORD DefaultPrgFlags will allow Bartender 8 access to the local client generatedprinter to print labels
When connecting to an application set or an application within an application seton Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 you may receive the following error on a client:
“The network connection to your application was interrupted,Try to access your application later”
This can occur if DNS resolution fails or points to a hostname different than thatof the hosting server.
Do a nslookup and enter the IP address of the server. If the name returned doesn’tmatch you will need to either update the DNS servers and clear the DNS cache (doinganother NSLOOPUP to check, possibly after an ipconfig /flushdns) OR put a static entryin the client’s HOSTS file on their local system. The HOSTS file is a great way totest this to see if it is a DNS issue.

1. Run Regedt32 and give full control to the above MSLicensing key for domain users.
2. From the policy, enable the permissions for domain users to the MSLicensing keyin the registry.
