One of our systems using Cisco Attendant Console was showing all questions marks forline status on the phones in the system.
In the attendant colsole itself it is important to check the attendant settings toverify the correct IP address is being used in Local Host IP Address. Sometimes asystem may have more than one NIC and the software has picked up the wrong one.
In our case nothing had changed it simply quit working on one of the attendantconsoles.
The fix was to restart the Cisco Telephony Call Dispatch (TCD) service on the callmanager server. I found this fix at http://puck.nether.net/pipermail/cisco-voip/2005-April/004667.html
